Richardson DMD, Inc. is seeking two Registered Dental Hygienists to join our growing private practice in Homer, Alaska. We recently expanded into a brand new dental office and are looking for hygienists who want to work in a modern, supportive clinical environment while living in one of Alaska’s most beautiful and adventure-oriented communities.

We welcome both new graduates and experienced hygienists. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values quality patient care, a strong team, flexibility, and the chance to build a meaningful career in a community-centered practice.

What We Offer

• Pay starting at $60+/hour
• $8,000 sign-on bonus with a two-year signed contract
• Flexible schedule: 1–4 hygiene days per week

About the Practice
Richardson DMD, Inc. is a family-oriented dental practice founded in Homer in 2016 by Dr. Bill Richardson. The practice is known for excellent dental care, quality work, and attention to detail. We care for both adults and children and are committed to being thorough without overtreating. Our office recently moved into a brand new building with three private hygiene rooms and four operatories, creating a comfortable and efficient environment for both patients and staff.

Our patient mix includes private-pay and self-pay patients. Hygienists work in a supportive setting alongside an experienced full-time hygienist and friendly, knowledgeable dental assistants. Appointment lengths range from 40 minutes to 2 hours depending on the patient’s age and procedure. Our technology includes OpenDental (EMR), DTX radiograph software, and intraoral cameras.
