We are seeking a high-performing, referral-driven Periodontist to join our Premier Periodontics location in WA. This is an amazing opportunity to lead a referral-based practice already producing over $3.2M per year with an office team and culture that is one of the best. The existing provider will be transitioning out over the next 12 months as he opens a new private practice outside of the restrictive covenant area (35 miles away). The transitioning provider is committed to ensuring a smooth transition, working side by side with the new provider and ensuring continued success. The transitioning provider is one of the most ethical and good human beings you will encounter and we are confident the transition will be smooth.

The new provider will be expected to work 4 days per week and will eventually be the sole provider in this office once the 12 month transition period has ended. Initially, we see 2-3 days of an overlap with the existing provider as he transitions out.

As a doctor-owned, doctor-led group, we seek dental professionals that want to eventually own and join our partner team. We have a path to ownership and can discuss much further, but this option is available and encouraged.

1. Experience Profile

• Minimum 7+ years of clinical experience
• Must have worked in a true referral-based periodontics practice - we are not seeking a specialist who has worked primarily as an in-house GP-based specialist
• Must be comfortable operating independently in a specialty environment

3. Clinical Philosophy

• Strong surgical skillset (implants, grafting, complex perio, laser)
• Comfortable in high-volume, high-expectation environments
• Alignment with same-day surgery workflows
• Preference for experience with Straumann implant systems, but not required
