Team Perio is owned by one doctor (we are not corporate), supported by a team of Periodontists, and dental professionals.  We are united with the goal of helping people experience dental surgery in a positive way.  In addition to the owner doctor, we currently have two associates between our two locations.  This position is for our office in Stockton, CA.  Stockton has many attributes as a city.  To name a few, golfing, fishing, dining, shopping, and close proximity to the Bay Area, and Sacramento.   It is also an easy commute from the East Bay or from Sacramento.

What we will accomplish together:

-Deliver Outstanding Patient Care:  We will work alongside you to ensure every patient receives exceptional care.  By collaborating with our team, you'll guide patients to fully understand their oral health, value their treatment plans, and feel empowered to proceed with confidence. Though you would have the opportunity to work in this practice as the only surgical provider, you are not alone.  Our owner periodontist will work closely and provide mentorship and support as needed.

- Strengthen Referrer Relationships: We'll help you build trusted, meaningful relationships with referring doctors by maintaining clear communication, aligning on treatment goals, and ensuring patients are referred back with seamless continuity of care.  We have some awesome dentists that we work with in the area!

-Collaborate and Succeed as a Team: You'll partner with our team, to create a seamless patient journey.  

-Achieve Your Goals with Us: With a structured daily template and our shared support, you'll meet clinical and operational goals, including revenue targets, new patient onboarding, major care delivery, and referral engagement.  

-Engage in Referral Community Activities:  We'll support you as you participate in referral-building initiatives, such as keynote events, study clubs, and lunch and learn sessions.  These activities strengthen relationships, foster trust, and grow a thriving referral network.

Completion of a three year Periodontics Residency program.

Board Certification/ Board eligible with intention to become board certified.

Prefer at least one or more years of experience but will consider a qualified new graduate with the right mindset as well.  We have hired and trained new grads in the past!
