Join our dental team as a Registered Dental Hygienist and become a vital part of delivering exceptional patient care in a vibrant, patient-focused environment. Monday – Thursday 8:30 am -4:30 pm $40 - $50 an hour. In this role, you will utilize your expertise to promote oral health, perform thorough dental cleanings, and support overall patient well-being. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help foster a welcoming atmosphere where patients feel confident and cared for.
Duties
Perform dental prophylaxis adults and children, scaling and root planning, sealants and SDF
Conduct patient assessments by reviewing medical histories, vital signs, and current dental conditions to inform treatment plans.
Take and develop medical imaging such as X-rays while adhering to infection control protocols and radiation safety standards.
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions to promote lifelong dental health.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient records, treatment notes, medical histories, and documentation review in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications
Valid state licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist with current credentials to practice.
Experience working in general dentistry settings with a strong understanding of dental terminology and medical coding.
Excellent patient care skills with the ability to assess patient needs accurately and communicate effectively.
Libby Family Dentistry is a private owned practice in Libby, MT. We have a very busy office with 6 employees. Our office runs 4 days a week Monday - Thursday 8:30 am -4:30 pm.
