Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
• Completion of an accredited U.S. Periodontics Residency Program
• Illinois dental and specialty license (or ability to obtain)
• Current CPR certification
• Clinical competency in periodontal therapy, implant placement, and related surgical procedures
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
