Periodontal Providers Group (PPG) is a fast growing, multi state periodontal service organization that partners with established general dental practices to provide in house periodontal and implant services. With over 25 years in operation and a network of 40 plus periodontists, we are expanding and seeking a motivated Periodontist to join our team.

This is a unique and limited opportunity for a specialist who wants strong production, a steady patient flow, flexible scheduling, and freedom from the headaches of owning or managing a practice.

Clinical Scope

You will provide comprehensive periodontal and implant services, including but not limited to:

• Surgical periodontal therapy
• Dental implant placement and grafting
• Extractions and ridge preservation
• Full arch and AOX cases in select offices
• IV sedation cases, depending on experience and preference

• Active dental license in the state you’re applying for.
• Reliable transportation.
