The practice opportunity available here in Central Kansas is for a licensed periodontist; specifically, an associate desired to eventually purchase the practice. Transition period terms are negotiable  This is an established traditional referral practice limited to periodontics and implants. Technology includes digital radiographs, CBCT, LANAP Millenium Laser, A-PRF, Dentrix computer network, etc. The practice generates revenue of 1.25 million per year on a four-day work week with no satellite offices.  

The production in this practice is generated primarily from periodontal surgeries including osseous surgery, ridge and sinus augmentation therapy, soft tissue grafts, as well as cosmetic periodontal and crown lengthening procedures. Implants account for approximately 12 percent of production. We typically use local anesthesia, oral sedation and nitrous oxide/oxygen to help patients manage during dental procedures.

The highly dedicated team consists of two full-time hygienists and one part-time hygienist, three full-time assistants and two front desk personnel. All are highly trained, experienced professionals.  Currently, there are approximately 80 hours per week scheduled for hygiene production. The established business systems and highly experienced team create an environment where excellent patient care is the #1 priority.

Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)

Candidate will need a Kansas State Dental License, an accredited periodontal residency certificate, and be comfortable with implant placement.

Since 1990, Dr Wilson has been in a traditional referral practice limited to periodontics and implants. Currently, most patients come from Wichita, the largest city in Kansas, and the surrounding area. However, many patients drive 2-3 hours from the central and western portions of the state their for periodontal care. The average new patient count is 35-45 per month. Our newly remodeled office includes six operatories: two large surgical suites and four regular-sized operatories. Technology includes digital radiographs, CBCT, LANAP Millenium Laser, A-PRF, Dentrix computer network, etc. The building is not included, but continuation of a favorable rental agreement is readily available.
