Responsibilities include teaching pre- and post-doctoral clinical and didactic educational activities, scholarly activity and university service. Mentor students and nurture their interest in periodontology and implant dentistry.
In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $185,000. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
Candidates must possess a DDS or DMD degree, advanced education in periodontics from a CODA-accredited program, and advanced training in research. NYS Dental License. Previous teaching and scholarly activities with successful outcomes are required.
