   Our office is seeking to fill an open full-time or part-time associate position.  We are a well-established, six-operatory facility with iCAT CBCT and robust PRF program.  We consider ourselves the premier periodontal practice in central Oklahoma with a state-wide referral base. New-patient wait list is currently 3+ months.  Our practice is a balanced blend of soft tissue grafting, dental implants and traditional periodontal therapy.  Staff of ten, the majority with 10+ years in our office. 

   Founded in 1980, the Periodontal Implant Center was purchased by Jacob Hager, DDS, MS in 2007 and has functioned as a two-doctor practice with an associate since 2013.  Our staff, facilities and systems are all structured to accommodate our next associate.  Please visit our web page at www.okperio.com for more info about our practice.

  Associate compensation is production-based with daily guarantee, signing bonus and 1-year retention bonus.  Questions / requests for more specific info can be directed to info@okperio.com.  

  Candidates with interest can submit a full curriculum vitae (pre-doctoral through accredited periodontal residency) and a one-page personal ambition statement to info@okperio.com.  Current periodontal residents are welcomed to submit their information for consideration.  Our office is open for observation or tours by request. Practice metrics are also available upon request.  Long term, buy-in options can be optionally discussed.

• Completion of an accredited periodontal residency program (3rd-year perio residents are welcome to apply (preference for ABP board certification)
• Active Oklahoma dental license in good standing.

About Periodontal Implant Center

Founded in 1980, the Periodontal Implant Center was purchased by Jacob Hager, DDS, MS in 2007 and has functioned as a two-doctor practice with an associate since 2015. Dr Hager was born and raised in the rural town of Cherokee, Oklahoma. He began his higher education at Oklahoma State University where he was named the top male graduate of 2000, receiving his bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. Dr Hager continued his education at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry and graduated the top of his class in 2004. Subsequently, he was accepted as a resident into the graduate periodontal program at OU and completed his residency in 2007 and is currently Board Certified by the American Academy of Periodontology.
