Periodontist – Millennium Periodontics (Chicago, IL): Join busy practice providing comprehensive periodontal treatment, such as diagnosing conditions, developing treatment plans, and performing surgical procedures such as gingival grafting, dental implant placement, and bone regeneration. Requires a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD), Bachelor of Dentistry (BDS) or a foreign equivalent, as well as a certificate in Periodontics from an accredited residency program, board certification (or eligibility for same), Illinois dental and specialty licenses (or eligibility for same), and clinical proficiency in comprehensive periodontal and implant treatment as demonstrated by assessment.
