The associate periodontist that would thrive in this 28 year old private practice would have a patient centered approach to delivering periodontal care and be interested in growing into their own practice.  Currently,  this practice has two locations in central Illinois. Both sites have very strong traditional periodontal services, both nonsurgical and surgical procedures and very active, thriving implant services. Both offices have CBCT machines. I have a 3D printer for fabrication of implant surgical guides in house, due to the volume of cases.
