Central Florida Oral, Facial & Periodontal Surgery is seeking a skilled, board-certified or board-eligible periodontist to join our growing team in The Villages, Florida. This role will help shape the future of full-scope periodontal care in collaboration with renowned oral surgeon Dr. Jad Jaffal, and a team deeply committed to clinical excellence.

We are in the middle of completing a beautiful renovation of our facility, designed to accommodate increased patient demand and enhance the treatment experience. Our state-of-the-art surgical suites, advanced digital workflows, and fully integrated care model reflect a practice that’s forward-thinking, patient-centered, and built for longevity.

What You Can Expect

• Starting salary of $300,000+, with strong production upside
• Immediate access to implant, regenerative, and surgical cases, including hybrid cases with Dr. Jaffal
