The full-time hygienist at The Ohio State University Total Health Care Center performs general dental hygiene duties including but not limited to periodontal scaling and root planing, pediatric dental care, patient education, exposing radiographs, instrument maintenance, supply maintenance, ensures appropriate HIPAA/OSHA compliance, accurately documents visit information and treatment plans in the patient's electronic health record, provides appropriate follow up for all outside referrals, ensures operatory is kept clean, communicates appropriately with on-site provider, management and clerical staff.Minimum Education RequiredAssociates or Bachelor's
