Kansas City Dental Implants, Oral Surgery & Periodontics is looking for an experienced, board certified or

board eligible Periodontist who is interested in a long-term opportunity with immediate partnership

and no buy-in required. We are looking to add a personable, conscientious, collaborative

Periodontist to a vibrant oral surgery practice with an extensive, established referral base.

in a comforting and compassionate environment in collaboration with our patient’s referring doctor.

inform the direction and lead in the application of standards for dentistry.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Guaranteed base salary of $300,000 with Collection, Relocation and Signing Bonuses

• Immediate Partnership; no buy-in required

• Full scope, majority surgeon-owned practice with a significant emphasis on the placement of Dental Implants, including the opportunity to personally place several hundred units per year and to utilize a fully digital, unique, highly efficient workflow for the delivery of Full Arch

• Mentorship by and support from experienced Periodontists in established practices across the country

• Professional & collegial setting with Key Opinion Leaders in Dental Implant surgery, Full Arch reconstruction, digital workflow and productivity

• Full schedule, fully trained team, and talented referral base dedicated to clinical excellence ready for motivated Periodontist

• Four to five day work weeks; 4 weeks of vacation time off

Qualifications:

• Leadership Skills that drive the mentorship of and strengthen relationships with referral Partners

• Teaching Skills that enhance educational presentations to referral partners

• Strong Work Ethic that is dedicated to a patient-centric schedule

• Passion to practice state of the art Periodontics and deliver contemporary standards of care

• Knowledge of Implant Dentistry that encompasses both surgical and prosthetic workflows

• Familiarity with Digital Dentistry and related digital workflows

• Apply for and maintain KS and MO dental licenses
