Position RequirementOrders for doctors request for parts for clinical operations. This includes clarification of parts needed from doctors with deadlines, getting quotes from vendors, and placing order in WorkDay. Coordination with lead dental assistant on receipt of orders.Prepares monthly payroll reports for charge back of orders to providers.Reviews medical record request documentation for accuracy. Once review is completed, securely sends to the appropriate party.Conduct quality assurance reviews of patient charts for accuracy by hygienist and dental assistant team members.
