I have a 30 year old periodontal practice with four full operatories and I am fully fee-for-service.  At present, I have 5 hygiene days but plan to add more as I have a growing clientele for my regeneration services.  I work 3 days per week and am booking new patients at least 2 months out.  This could easily be a 5 day per week solo practice.
