Responsibilities: 

• Examine, diagnose and treat periodontal conditions 
• Analyze x-rays and patient history to determine the best comprehensive course of treatment 
• Follow up with patients following treatment to ensure a quick and painless recovery  

Qualifications: 

• 1 year of experience required
• IV Sedation Certificate required (or willingness to get one)
• LANAP preferred, not required
• Valid state license 
• DMD or DDS 
• Periodontics Specialty Certificate 
• Ability to maintain state required coverage
