Located in Prescott, Arizona, this is a 3-operatory office that was started in August, 2017 with a single owner working a 22 hour week with one day of hygiene. Over half of the production is implant related, including surgical extractions, bone grafting and ridge augmentation prior to implant placement. Periodontal surgical procedures include resective and regenerative therapy as well as periodontal plastic surgery. The office does not contract with any dental insurance companies. Overhead runs between 50-55% per year.   This has been a pre-retirement practice for me and I am working as much as I want to.
