The Department of Periodontology, University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) School of Dentistry, invites applicants for a full-time position as Assistant or Associate Professor. Qualified candidates should have a DMD/DDS or equivalent degree. Completion of advanced training in Periodontology is required. Eligibility and/or certification by the American Board of Periodontology is preferred. Responsibilities include didactic and clinical teaching in the predoctoral program, didactic and clinical teaching in the advanced education program, research, and service to the University.
