Reporting directly to the Clinical Practice Manager within the Group Practice Model located on the 5th floor. The Clinical Care Supervisor is responsible to manage, provide guidance and direct the daily work flow of the Patient Coordinators, fifth floor reception desk, which supports the operations of the Periodontic and General Dentistry Clinic operations. The individual will ensure that excellent customer service is provided to GPLs, Faculty, and patients requiring dental services and the providers delivering the services.
