Recruitment/Relocation Incentive may be authorized for a highly qualified individual. Serves as dental hygienist providing direct patient care & receiving guidance for complex patients & requires only general supervision from a dentist. Assignments includes but not limited to: patient medical assessment (e.g. medical/dental/social history, periodontal assessment & charting), recommending disease/treatment management, scaling/root planning, radiographs/image interpretation and patient education. Applicants pending the completion of educational or certification/licensure requirements may be referred and tentatively selected but may not be hired until all requirements are met.
