We are a group periodontal practice with two locations in the suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio.  We are very interested in meeting one of your soon to be graduates regarding an associate periodontist position in our practice.

This is a unique opportunity to join a state-of-of-the-art practice.  Most importantly, we have incredible people who make coming to work a pleasure every day.  Our doctors and staff serve as wonderful mentors to new graduates.  We have top quality equipment and supplies, CBCT scanners in each office, digital radiographs and a well-trained staff.  Each doctor rotates to both offices with our second location being completed in 2020.  Our practice is high-powered and busy and we are looking for a doctor with excellent chairside manner and communications skills who exhibits an outstanding work-ethic.  We provide the full scope of clinical periodontal procedures including dental implants, soft and hard tissue grafting, traditional periodontal surgery, extractions of third molars and IV conscious sedation.  The four doctors currently on staff are very willing to mentor and train the right candidate.  They must have strong clinical and communication skills and be able to complete high quality work.  Office hours run Monday-Saturday and doctors share the Saturday work load.  We are looking for someone who wants to work and grow with the practice long term.  We offer excellent pay and benefits.  We provide a pension and flexible vacation schedule.  We can provide health insurance and CE reimbursement depending on doctor’s individual needs.  Compensation is based on an annual salary plus bonus based on collections.  Enjoy the benefits of a group practice like clinical mentorship and a team environment without the stress and risk of buying and running your own practice.  Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss this great opportunity.
